My Review:

This book has cowboys, as you can tell, and mines. Deep, dark, scary gold mines. It's fun of suspense, and tense western-type action, and gorgeous horses. (I am a horse lover!) Shelby is stuck in the middle of everything. Barrett is a strong guy in more ways than one, and he has his work cut out for him, for sure. There's a mystery to solve, and mineral rights issues to resolve. A good romantic western read, with strong forgiveness themes. This is my first book by this author, and I would read another one.

My family and I have enjoyed many adventures in this amazing area, from exploring gold mines, to climbing through caverns, and soaking in the incredible history.
